Belgium – Laboratory reagents – Consolidatie kwaliteitscontrolemateriaal (QC) voor Klinische Chemie

This contract involves the supply of quality control material (QC material) for clinical chemistry. This material must be compatible with the Roche Diagnostics Cobas (immuno)chemistry analyzers, Arkray OSMO STATION OM-6060 osmometer and Advanced Instruments Micro-Osmometer present in the Department of Laboratory Medicine at UZ Leuven and AZ Diest. Daily, at least 2 iQC determinations (min. 1 start- and 1 stop-iQC determination) are performed for all parameters available on the Cobas (immuno)chemistry analyzers and osmometers, using one or more iQC concentration levels (see Annex 1). The parameters available on the Cobas (immuno)chemistry analyzers are measured on different modules: 4 x c702, 2 x c502 (these will be replaced by 2 x c703 in September 2026), 4 x ISE, 4 x e801 [UZ Leuven], 2 x c303 and 1 x e402 [AZ Diest]. The modules are configured as hybrid lines (see Annex 2). The laboratories also have 2 x Arkray OSMO STATION OM-6060 osmometers [UZ Leuven] and 1 x Advanced Instruments Micro-Osmometer [AZ Diest]. To enable quality control, the tenderer will also provide an interlaboratory iQC program via online platform, available with on-demand reports (e.g. monthly and annually) for the laboratories in UZ Leuven and AZ Diest. This software is expected to be included in the price of the quality control material.
