Sorpesee GmbH intends to energetically renovate the indoor pool in Sundern. The building is a single-story structure, partially (approx. 70%) basemented, constructed in solid masonry. The roof structure above the ground floor is made of wood (truss) and designed as a mono-pitch roof (above the swimming hall) and a flat roof. Above the swimming hall, there is only an inspection walkway for controlling the ventilation technology installed there. Below the ground floor, approximately 70% of the areas are basemented. The heating technology is located there. The basement is unheated. • Gross volume: 21,183 m³ • Gross floor area ground floor: 2,113 m² • Gross floor area basement: 1,304 m² • Net floor area according to DIN: 3,199 m² The focus of the building and its use is the swimming hall itself. This hall has an area of approximately 1,083 m². The construction task involves the modernisation and energetic renovation of the indoor pool in Sundern, including the facade, roof, suspended ceiling and wall cladding, as well as the energy supply. The indoor pool, dating from 1975/76, features three swimming pools: a 25 m long swimming pool with an adjustable floor, a diving pool with 1 m, 3 m and 5 m diving towers, and a children's pool. The indoor pool in Sundern is located at Berliner Straße 62, 59846 Sundern. The present work involves electrical engineering. The low-voltage supply will be renewed. Through a new transformer station (not part of this scope of services), the low voltage will be fed into the LVS in the basement via new earth cables to be laid. In the LVS, a branch for a further CHP (approx. 50 kW el.) is to be provided. Reserve NH circuit breakers are available. The emergency lighting will be renewed (battery, control and luminaires). For the MSR technology, new/additional electrical lines are to be laid and connected for new field devices. In the area of the indoor pool (pool attendant's room), the sub-distribution is to be renewed, including lighting control. The lighting in the pool, changing rooms and ancillary rooms on the ground floor will be renewed; for the luminaires outside the pool area, a (like-for-like) replacement must take place, the ceiling constructions remain. In the outdoor area, the external lightning protection above ground is to be completely renewed.
