The subject of the contract is the provision of specialized ICT services for the administration, operation, technical support, operational monitoring, coordination and overall management of the infrastructures, platforms and digital services managed by Informática del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, in accordance with the functional scope assigned to each lot. These services include, according to the corresponding lot, the administration and operation of digital infrastructures and platforms, the cross-operational monitoring and operation of services, and the overall service management office, all with the aim of guaranteeing the continuity, availability, security, efficiency and controlled evolution of municipal technological resources.
