France – Advertising campaign services – CONSEIL ET REALISATION DE PLANS MEDIA, NEGOCIATION ET ACHAT D’ESPACES PUBLICITAIRES POUR LE RESEAU CCI HAUTS-DE-FRANCE

This framework agreement concerns the management (consulting and implementation) of media plans and advertising space purchases on behalf of the CCI Hauts-de-France network. It specifically covers the following services:

• Development of media strategy

• Consultation on advertising space purchases and negotiation of the same

• Optimization of the media plan according to demands

• Implementation of tracking in the context of advertising space purchases

Thus, for any request from a CCI or an establishment within the CCI HDF network, the media agency will ensure that the client is advised on the appropriate media to use, that the necessary spaces are purchased, and that tracking is assured. These services will be mainly regional, and possibly national, in scope across the channels. The technical specifications are indicated in the CCTP.
