To better secure the long-term continuity of Fellenoord 2040, there is a need to enter into a long-term partnership with market parties, on the one hand, to meet the personnel needs of the organisation, where Fellenoord2040 will provide capacity and (specialist) expertise from the relevant Framework Contractors, and on the other hand, for the provision of engineering and consultancy services. The estimated value of the Framework Agreement amounts to approximately € 40 million (excl. VAT) over the entire period, including extension options, indexations, possible CAO adjustments and other options. This estimate relates to the total of further orders and is indicative in nature. No rights can be derived from this estimate. The stated value does not constitute a purchase obligation for the Contracting Authority. Broken down by plot level, the following indicative distribution is used: P1: Provision of (specialist) expertise: 70% P2: Result-oriented engineering and consultancy services: 30%
