This consultation concerns the construction of a multisports facility, the Cité des Sports. Located in the ZAC Python Duvernois, at the heart of the green and sports belt of the 20th arrondissement of Paris, the "Cité des Sports" is an ambitious sports facility for clubs, associations and schools. The project aims to strengthen the sporting identity of the site and to meet local needs identified during a prior consultation process. The building stands out for its rich programming and the superimposition of varied sports spaces, from the basement to the roof. This design, marked by its compactness and technical and functional complexity, incorporates a structural system combining wood and concrete. The building envelope, highly performant, integrates numerous biosourced and low-carbon materials. The project meets the challenges of material sobriety and is part of an ambitious reuse approach.
