The contract concerns the realisation of Montessorischool Boven ‘t IJ and the associated gymnasiums with a total surface area of approximately 3,765 m2/BVO. The school building (2,345 m2/BVO) accommodates approximately 425 pupils and consists of: - Educational spaces (17 group spaces, educational learning areas); - Playroom; - Office spaces; - Supporting spaces. The VVE gets 1 group space and has an area of 209 m2/BVO. The 2 gymnasiums are 1,269 m2/BVO. The gymnasiums are located on the 2nd floor. The contract is based on a traditional contract form based on specifications (the DO) and the UAV 2012. The contractor must develop the architectural DO into a UO (Implementation-Ready Design), Form Drawings and Production Drawings.
