Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Originale-Rabattverträge 2026-02 - Ponatinib

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts for Ponatinib with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with § 130c para. 1 SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House-Originale procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract contents will not be conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating health insurances do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, beginning on 01.05.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 30.04.2028, regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/expiry of market exclusivity before the above end date, the contract will automatically end at the end of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity. Joining this Open-House-Originale procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
