The subject of the contract is the daily cleaning of the premises at 5 Merlin Street, where the following services of the Ministry of National Economy and Finance are housed: A. Special Service for the Management of the Programmes «Environment and Climate Change» and «Civil Protection» (EYD PEKA & POLPRO) B. Special Service for the Management of the Programme «Transport». C. Managing Authority of the Programme «Just Transition». D. Directorate of Strategic Planning and Coordination of Funding of the Special Service for Just Transition. Specifically, the physical subject matter includes: • the daily cleaning of offices, corridors, meeting rooms, common areas, kitchens, hygiene areas and • special periodic cleanings (weekly, monthly, bi-monthly) of special areas, glass panels, curtains, decorative items, equipment, machinery and other equipment, according to the scheduled periodicity of each task as referred to in Appendix I, of the Declaration.
