Scope of the subject of the contract: 1) The subject of the contract is the supply of aggregate as part of the task entitled: „Repair of forest road with inventory number 220/0362”. On plot Nos.: 611/3, 611/2, 644/7, 614/4, 615/3, 640/3, 642/3, 644/4, 644/5, 645/1, cadastral district Kotowice, cadastral unit Siechnice – rural area. 2) Names and codes related to the subject of the contract as defined in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Main CPV code: 14212300-3 – crushed or broken stone 3) The subject of the contract includes the purchase and delivery to the place of installation (location of the investment task) of the following materials: a) crushed aggregate with a continuous grading of 0/31.5 mm fraction in the quantity of 982.00 tons, b) crushed aggregate with a continuous grading of 0/5 mm fraction in the quantity of 83.00 tons. 4) The moisture content of the crushed aggregate indicated above at the time of delivery must not exceed 12%. 5) Further information is contained in Section 3 of the SWZ.
