The expansion and electrification of the existing circular rail network are prerequisites for implementing future service concepts in the SPNV. The project includes the new construction and reconstruction of track and platform facilities, measures for control and signalling technology, the electrification of existing track sections, as well as the new construction and reconstruction of engineering structures including several road and railway bridges. As a basis for the design planning, along the affected track and facility areas, soil and ground investigations including geotechnical assessments and soil analysis are to be carried out. The subject of the tender are the creation of investigation concepts, the planning, tendering, technical supervision and evaluation of the soil investigations, field and laboratory tests, as well as the creation of geotechnical reports and BIM specialist models for the ground for a total of three award lots. The services also include the procurement or initiation of necessary notifications, permits and access permits, coordination with authorities, property owners and specialists, as well as the coordination of the exploration measures. The expert services relate in particular to sections of the electrification, platform and track facilities, signalling systems, pedestrian underpasses, power facilities, as well as road and railway bridges within the districts of Schwarzwald-Baar, Rottweil and Tuttlingen. The services are provided using the BIM methodology, including the creation and updating of the required BIM specialist models for the ground.
