1. The subject of the contract is the Supply of staplers and loads for Oncological Surgery, General Surgery and Oncological Gynaecology. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1a to the SWZ. 3. The subject and conditions of the implementation of this contract must be in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices, as well as Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices, or Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices (where applicable) and other applicable legal provisions in this area. The subject of the contract must have a CE declaration of conformity.
