Bulgaria – Repair and maintenance services of optical equipment – „Охрана със сигнално-охранителна техника (СОТ) в сграда на ЦУ на НАП, находяща се в град София, както и техническо обслужване и ремонт на СОТ в сгради на ЦУ на НАП и ТД на НАП София, в 3 обособени позиции”

Lot № 1: “Security with alarm and security equipment (ASE) of the building of the Central Administration of the National Revenue Agency (NAP), located in Sofia, Knyaz Alexander Dondukov Blvd. № 52” - includes the performance of the following activity: Security with alarm and security equipment (ASE), owned by the Contracting Authority, in the administrative building of the Central Administration of the National Revenue Agency (NAP), located at: Sofia, Knyaz Alexander Dondukov Blvd. № 52, consisting of seven floors. When performing the order, the Contractor is obliged to carry out all the necessary activities for the security of the object with ASE of the administrative building of the Central Administration of the National Revenue Agency (NAP), located in Sofia, Knyaz Alexander Dondukov Blvd. № 52, in order to ensure protection against criminal encroachments on the property located in the guarded object, unlawful encroachment by outsiders on the object.

Lot № 2: “Services for technical maintenance and repair (including delivery of spare parts) of alarm and security equipment (ASE), of the administrative building of the Central Administration of the National Revenue Agency (NAP), located in Sofia, Knyaz Alexander Dondukov Blvd. № 52” - includes the performance of the following activities: - Technical maintenance and repair, including the comprehensive maintenance of the alarm and security equipment, owned by the Contracting Authority, in good condition. It is carried out upon a written request of the Contracting Authority, for each separate case and includes the performance of all activities ensuring its technical readiness for reliable, quality and faultless functioning, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the requirements of the Contracting Authority, namely: - Carrying out an inspection, control and activation (testing) of the installed volumetric, acoustic and other sensors; - Emergency and current repair of control panels; - External inspection of nodes and installations; - Checking the operability of the issued signalers for alarm (siren, alarm bells and keyboards); - Checking the operation of the system in buffer mode or emergency power supply; - Carrying out a full technical inspection; - Moving the alarm and security equipment or part of it – if necessary; - Repair of systems – if necessary. The repair actions include the elimination of detected malfunctions and failures, identified by the Contractor during the checks and maintenance or upon a signal from the Contracting Authority (emergency repair), including the replacement of defective parts. - The Contractor must ensure all spare parts, materials and consumables necessary for the maintenance and operation of the systems and shall assume a guarantee for the repair work carried out and the spare parts used, and within the warranty period, shall redo at its own expense any work carried out poorly, replace the poor-quality components and eliminate at its own expense the damages arising as a result of poor execution, within a period not longer than 24 hours from their detection.

Lot № 3: “Services for technical maintenance and repair (including delivery of spare parts) of alarm and security equipment (ASE), of the administrative buildings of the Territorial Directorate of the National Revenue Agency (NAP) Sofia and its offices, included in its scope, located on the territory of Sofia, Kyustendil and Botevgrad”. Includes: - Technical maintenance and repair, including the comprehensive maintenance of the ASE in good condition. It is carried out upon a written request and includes the performance of all activities ensuring its technical readiness for reliable, quality and faultless functioning, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the requirements of the Contracting Authority, and in accordance with the technical specification of the order; - The Contractor must ensure all spare parts, materials and consumables necessary for the maintenance and operation of the systems and shall assume a guarantee for the repair work carried out and the spare parts used, and within the warranty period, shall redo at its own expense any work carried out poorly, replace the poor-quality components and eliminate at its own expense the damages arising as a result of poor execution, within a period not longer than 24 hours from their detection.
