France – Security services – SURVEILLANCE, SECURITE INCENDIE ET TELESURVEILLANCE DES SITES DE L'UNIVERSITE D'ANGERS

This consultation concerns the execution of the following services: - 24/7 surveillance/interventions on sites and opening and closing of premises - Fire safety and security surveillance on certain sites - Remote surveillance of the University of Angers' sites and related services. This is a "composite" framework agreement concluded with a single economic operator, comprising a part treated as a standard contract, and a part treated as a framework agreement with purchase orders. The 'standard contract' part concerns the fixed-price services of surveillance, fire safety and remote surveillance of the University of Angers' sites described in Annex 1 of the engagement act. Global and Forfaitary Price Breakdown. The 'framework agreement with purchase orders' part concerns the non-fixed-price services described in Annex 2 of the engagement act. The framework agreement with a maximum is awarded under the terms of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The maximum annual contract value is 125 000,00 euros (excl. VAT). The maximum contract value for the duration of the contract is 500 000,00 euros (excl. VAT).
