The municipality of Leiden manages a large number of power cabinets in the city for events and markets. These power cabinets must comply with the NEN3140 standard. To continue to meet this standard, periodic maintenance is necessary. In addition, almost all power cabinets have been optimized for multifunctional use in recent years, such as charging cars, to better utilize their capacity. The municipality requires a maintenance contract for these power cabinets, including the handling of emergencies such as faults, and the replacement of power cabinets. • The estimated total cost is €55,000 per year for maintenance only. (€55,000 x 4 years = €220,000). No estimate can be given for replacements as this is assessed per cabinet. The framework agreement has a maximum value of €350,000. Orders will be placed on request.
