With this tender, the construction contractor and the electrical and mechanical (E&M) installer, hereinafter referred to as the contractors, will be selected and contracted to join the construction team for the renovation of the town hall. The Terms of Reference (TOR) will be developed as a team. After completing the TOR phase as a team, the contractors to be contracted will have the first right to submit a bid for the works to be carried out. If the final contract sum is accepted and agreement is reached on the conditions, the contract will be signed. The works of the design team include the architectural, structural and mechanical and electrical (M&E) design, including the necessary building physics, acoustics and sustainability advice and elaborations.
