The subject of the contract is the provision of managed services (Managed Services) along with the development of the Electronic Application System. The contract includes application maintenance, hosting services, security assurance, data migration, disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BC) and monitoring in accordance with the conditions described in the Subject of the Contract Description, through the performance of in particular the services: 1) System Maintenance; 2) System Development; 3) Technical Assistance. 2. Detailed information regarding the description, scope and conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the "Subject of the Contract Description (OPZ)" being Annex 2 to the SWZ and the "Proposed Contract Clauses, which will be incorporated into the text of the contract (PPU)" being Annex 3 to the SWZ.
