The construction project management task covers the entire construction project management for the realisation of the Noorderkwartier child centre in Almelo. See tender documents for more information. The new child centre must accommodate approximately 775 pupils in regular and special primary education. In addition, approximately 64 childcare places will be created within a maximum of 500 m2 BVO. The total space requirement of the KC, including childcare and gymnasiums, is approximately 6,700 m2 BVO.
