The framework agreement is "composite". It includes a "standard contract" part and a "framework agreement with order forms" part. It is concluded for a duration of 60 months from its notification date, with a planned start, indicative, in April 2027. Justification for a duration of over 4 years: Significant investments required for the redevelopment of the SIGREC platform, which span a long period including, notably, conception, development, migration... in a context where the functional and technical stability of the deployed solution, as well as the continuity of the service provided to users, must be ensured over a sufficient period.
