Germany – Repair and maintenance services of medical and precision equipment – Instandhaltung Radiologischer Systeme

The Charité Facility Management GmbH (CFM), a subsidiary of Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, is tendering the maintenance of the equipment/ facilities listed in the equipment inventory per lot. The services will be divided and awarded in 18 lots. The Contractor is obligated to ensure the operational readiness of the medical equipment of the respective lot, taking into account economic aspects and established priorities. All services of the Contractor must be performed in compliance with legal requirements, in particular the Medical Devices Act (MPDG), the Ordinance on the Establishment, Operation and Use of Medical Devices (MPBetreibV), the Medical Devices Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/745) and the relevant technical regulations.
