Belgium – Distribution system – Raamovereenkomst voor beveiligde medicatieverdeling

The contract concerns the phased delivery, installation, commissioning, training and maintenance of automated medicine cabinets and trolleys throughout the duration of the framework agreement with 3 possible security levels: - Access to only the required quantity of a single medicine, used for e.g. high-risk medication (level 1); - Access to only the required medication (level 2); - Access to only one location/drawer, containing various types of medications, including the required one (level 3). The offered solutions must, for all lots, - Be secure according to NIS2 guidelines, - Be integrable with the existing ICT infrastructure: o Zorgi Pharma (for e.g. billing to patient & supply, preferably bi-directional communication) o Active Directory (for e.g. badge control) o Oazis (for e.g. retrieve ADT) o KWS from NexuzHealth (for e.g. EMV) - Be remotely manageable with detailed logging and reporting, - Be provided with access control and monitoring on user and medication level, - Contain all necessary links including the link with medicine fridges and modular cabinets. The proposed solutions must, for all lots, offer sufficient guarantees in terms of flexibility, modularity and openness so that they can grow depending on future needs.
