Greece – Miscellaneous repair and maintenance services – Παροχή υπηρεσιών λειτουργίας, προληπτικής συντήρησης και άμεσης αποκατάστασης βλαβών των δικτύων ύδρευσης, άρδευσης και αποχέτευσης της Νήσου Ρόδου, ανά Δημοτική Ενότητα

Supply of operation, preventive maintenance and immediate repair services for the water supply, irrigation and sewerage networks of the island of Rhodes, per Municipal Unit. A right of option is envisaged for an additional thirty (30) months, i.e. an amount of 4.731.971,40 € plus VAT 24%, under the same terms and prices, with a reasoned decision of the Administrative Board of DEYAR taken before the expiry of the initial contract. The exercise of the right of option does not constitute a modification of the contract within the meaning of Article 132 and 337 of Law 4412/2016. The total estimated value of the contracts for all Departments (including the right of option) amounts to nine million four hundred and sixty-three thousand nine hundred and forty-two euros and eighty cents (9.463.942,80 €) plus VAT or 11.735.289,07€ including VAT 24%.
