Description
This is an invitation to negotiate a procurement by the City of Helsinki concerning the heating solution for Sakarinmäen School. The negotiations will review the material attached to this invitation to negotiate and make the necessary amendments in accordance with the guidelines of the procurement notice. Participants in the negotiation procedure will receive a final and binding invitation to tender after the negotiations. The procurement will be implemented as a restricted procedure for the supply of goods following the negotiations. The estimated annual heat energy requirement is approximately 1 500 MWh. Further details about the procurement are provided in the attachments to this invitation to negotiate. Participation in the negotiation procedure is by submitting an indicative tender in accordance with the criteria of this invitation. The Urban Environment Division of the City of Helsinki is seeking, with this invitation to negotiate, three to six (3-6) suppliers to negotiate the heating solution for Sakarinmäen School.
