The subject of the order is: - delivery of the Distance Tariff System in Kraków, - provision of the Sales Operator service for the needs of the mKraków application - comprehensive support for the purchase of KMK tickets (tickets for cancellation, distance tickets) made through the mKraków application (interaction with the Systems supporting the sale of the above tickets, accounting, sales, complaints, reports), - granting a license for individual elements of the order, - maintenance of the Distance Tariff System for a period of 3 years (36 months), - provision of Sales Operator services for a period of 3 years (36 months), - option to extend the maintenance of the Distance Tariff System by a maximum of 1 year (12 months), - option to extend the provision of the Sales Operator service by a maximum of 1 year (12 months), - option to provide development work for the System, - option to increase the remuneration for the Settlement Agent.
