The subject of the contract is the supply of bakery products and confectionery products, divided into 3 tasks (parts), in the quantities specified in the price form – Annex 3a to SWZ and Description of the Contract Subject – Annex 1 to SWZ. Task 1 – SUPPLY OF BAKERY PRODUCTS AND CONFECTIONERY PRODUCTS - (GZ Siedlce) Task 2 – SUPPLY OF BAKERY PRODUCTS AND CONFECTIONERY PRODUCTS - (GZ Warsaw - Wesoła) Task 3 – SUPPLY OF BAKERY PRODUCTS AND CONFECTIONERY PRODUCTS - Kopytów ZZ LOGISTYK IIA - Kopytów 1. The quantity requirements and detailed description of the contract subject are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ – Description of the Contract Subject, which will be placed on the website of the conducted procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. The Contracting Authority provides for the right of option in the subject procedure: The Contracting Authority provides for the right of option in accordance with Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law. The exercise of the right of option - depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority - will consist in increasing the subject of the contract in accordance with the Description of the Contract Subject, up to a maximum of 200% of the value of the base contract. The contract specified in the optional contract will be carried out by the Contractor, with whom the Contract for the base contract was concluded, on the basis and at the unit prices specified in the base contract. The Contracting Authority will inform the Contractor to what extent he will be obliged to execute the contract specified in the optional contract. The optional part will be carried out on the basis of the Contracting Authority's declaration of intent expressed in the form of a written order. The exercise of the right of option to increase the assortment will apply within the framework of the concluded Contract for the base contract in the event of the need to ensure the continuity of supply to persons fed. The Contractor will be informed of the above with a minimum of two weeks' notice. The exercise of the right of option by the Contracting Authority is an entitlement of the Contracting Authority. The exercise of the right of option by the Contracting Authority gives rise to an obligation on the part of the Contractor to perform the optional contract. In the event that the Contracting Authority does not exercise the right of option, no claims shall accrue to the Contractor on that account. The exercise of the right of option does not constitute a change to the Contract nor does it require the signing of an additional Contract.
