Poland – Parenteral nutrition products – 300/PN/2026 - Dostawa gąbek leczniczych kolagenowych dla UCK

The subject of the contract is the supply of out-of-home catering products for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 2. The contracting authority allows for the submission of partial offers. The term partial offer refers to individual items listed in package 1 in Annex 3 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all items. 3. The offered medicinal products must comply with the Act of 6 September 2001 on Pharmaceutical Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2026 item 612) – if applicable. The offered medicinal products must be authorised for sale in Poland under the conditions specified in Article 3 or 4a of the Pharmaceutical Law. 4. The offered assortment must meet the requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ will result in the rejection of the offer. 5. Deliveries will be made successively, in quantity and assortment according to the contracting authority's partial orders within 2 days from the date of the order, and delivery "express" within 12 hours from the date of the order. 6. The contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered assortment at their own expense to the Hospital Pharmacy.
