France – Holiday home services – Organisation de vacances d’hiver et de printemps pour les jeunes de Nanterre de 6 à 15 ans

This consultation concerns the organisation of winter and spring holidays for young people in Nanterre aged 6 to 15. The services are divided into 7 lots, each treated as a separate contract. The candidate may submit a bid for one, several, or all of the lots. Lots 1 to 6 are located in France during the winter school holidays of zone C, from 2027 onwards. Lot 7 is during the spring school holidays of zone C, from 2027 onwards. Each contract is awarded as a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders. The services initially concern the 2027 season. Each contract is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of notification. It is tacitly renewable 3 times for periods of 12 months. The minimum and maximum annual amounts for the contracts are set as follows: - Lot 1: no minimum amount and 60,000 € HT maximum - Lot 2: no minimum amount and 60,000 € HT maximum - Lot 3: no minimum amount and 140,000 € HT maximum - Lot 4: no minimum amount and 70,000 € HT maximum - Lot 5: no minimum amount and 145,000 € HT maximum - Lot 6: no minimum amount and 75,000 € HT maximum - Lot 7: no minimum amount and 65,000 € HT maximum The procurement procedure used is the open restricted procedure. It is subject to the provisions relating to social services and other specific services in Article R. 2123-1 3° of the Public Procurement Code (CCP).
