France – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Aéroports de Paris - Accord-cadre - Maintenance multitechnique des bâtiments situés sur les plateformes du Bourget et de Paris-CharlesdeGaulle

The present consultation concerns: the multi-technical maintenance of buildings on the Le Bourget platform lot 1 and Charles de Gaulle lot 2 (perimeter of the CDGU directorate's premises only). Lot 1: At PARIS-LE BOURGET airport, Aéroports De Paris is setting up a multi-technical on-call service whose missions will involve handling and processing the various requests from internal and external clients present on the platform. The contract holder will be responsible for carrying out the various services in the technical fields of buildings essentially and others. Lot 2: details of services: maintenance of the buildings and equipment of the CDGU of Paris Charles de Gaulle airport is expected. The contract holder must: • Keep the facilities in question in good condition without the maintenance carried out causing further ageing of these facilities, • Have failure rates for its facilities adapted to the needs of the various operators (ADP, TRANSDEVAL, GIMAS, etc.), • Have response times compatible with the criticality as defined in the "Intervention Deadlines" paragraph. In the context of these 2 contracts, the CONTRACTOR(S) must therefore comply with the following provisions: • Have intervention means adapted to the needs of the on-call duties required by the Contracting Authority, • Have flexible intervention means adapted to the needs for maintenance intervention and minor modifications, • Carry out at least the preventive maintenance defined by the Contracting Authority. The CONTRACTOR may add the interventions it deems necessary to achieve the availability objectives defined in the "Equipment Availability" paragraph of the CCTP and after agreement of the Contracting Authority, • Respect the safety of persons and property, the Labour Code and take into account the protection of the environment, • Have the services which are the subject of this contract carried out by qualified personnel and in accordance with the rules of the art. Furthermore, the CONTRACTOR(S) will guarantee the availability of the equipment and the service levels (deadlines and quality of execution) as described in the present CCTP. The maintenance policy concerning the equipment on which the CONTRACTOR will intervene and the operating methods to be used to carry out the work entrusted to it.
