Germany – Building construction work – TWB: Planung und Ersatzneubau einer Zweifeldsporthalle

The municipality of Biebesheim am Rhein intends to have a new two-court sports hall built as a replacement at the "Rheinstadion" site, to be constructed turnkey by a private partner as part of an overall award of planning and construction services. The scope of services includes planning, construction, construction interim financing, as well as the provision of commissioning services and maintenance services within the extended warranty periods. The services will be awarded as an overall contract to a general contractor (based on a PPP concession model) through a negotiated procedure with a call for competition.
