Romania – Buildings associated with transport – EXECUȚIA LUCRĂRILOR ȘI A SISTEMELOR DE TRANSPORT INTELIGENT PENTRU OBIECTIVUL DE INVESTIȚII CREȘTEREA MOBILITĂȚII URBANE PRIN REALIZAREA UNUI HUB DE TRANSPORT ȘI AUTOBAZĂ ÎN MUNICIPIUL BUZĂU

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works, related installations, and intelligent transport systems (ITS) for the creation of an intermodal transport hub for public passenger transport and a bus depot for the local public transport operator, together with the necessary road works for access to the site. The investment is carried out on a land area of 98,782 m², identified by cadastral number 72696, located in the Municipality of Buzău, in the area of Șoselei Buzău–Brăila (D.N. 2B), based on the technical and economic documentation – project no. 205/01.11.2021. The works are carried out based on two building permits, issued separately for: ● Building permit no. 1 – bus depot and transport hub, including buildings, platforms and platforms, utility networks within the site, photovoltaic installation, heat pump system and geothermal probes, as well as intelligent transport systems; ● Building permit no. 2 – road works outside the site, namely the roundabout intersection on D.N. 2B, the collector road, bicycle lanes and road arrangements related to access. The two permits cover parts of the same investment objective, and the works authorized by them are continuous in terms of physical and functional. The execution schedule is correlated with the validity terms of both permits, and the obligations to announce the start of the works to the State Construction Inspectorate and to the issuer are fulfilled separately, for each permit. Detailed requirements are found in the terms of reference. Number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications, respectively 18 days (before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications) The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests with 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
