The subject of the procurement is the procurement and securing of a one-year right to use, manufacturing support and upgrade availability for the existing VDI infrastructure at the locations Zagreb and Rijeka. The procurement includes the standalone licensing of the virtualization platform and vSAN capacity, as well as the separate licensing of the Omnissa Horizon system for concurrent users. The subject includes the delivery of the appropriate subscriptions/licenses, registration of rights on the manufacturer's user portal, verification of license compliance, documentation of assigned rights and support in activation. The standard extension of the right to use the licensed software must include: - the possibility of reporting and resolving incidents with the software manufacturer - the possibility of downloading security and other patches and - the possibility of upgrading existing licensed products to a new version The actual procured quantity based on the concluded public procurement contract may be greater or less than the framework quantity, and will depend on the actual needs of the Buyer during the validity of the public procurement contract for goods. The framework quantity of the subject of procurement is in accordance with Annex No. 2 – Cost Estimate, which is an integral part of this Documentation.
