Romania – Consultative engineering and construction services – Supervizarea serviciilor aferente obiectivului de investiție imobiliară : ”Lucrari de investitii in cazarma 2749 Mangalia” Cod proiect: 2022-I-2749 pentru care s-a încheiat Acordului contractual A-353 / 11.03.2025

The total duration of the design services is 67 months, broken down as follows: • Stage for activities carried out during the execution of the works:  The execution duration is 31 months (930 days), allocated as follows:  interval which includes the period from the date mentioned in the Order for the commencement of the execution of the works issued by the contracting authority to the general contractor, and until the completion of the reception at the end of the works. • Stage for activities carried out during the warranty period of the works  The warranty of the works is 36 months (1080 days) from the completion of the minutes of reception at the end of the works, in accordance with the provisions of Law 10/1995, art. 7, para. (3). In the event that the execution duration of the works is extended by the beneficiary, the site manager has the right to request, accordingly, the extension of the service provision period, without modifying the contract price. Clarifications can be requested 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will communicate to all economic operators the responses to the clarification questions received – accompanied by the relevant questions – taking measures not to disclose the identity of the person who requested the respective clarifications, by publishing them on the website www.e-licitatie.ro - SEAP - within the notice of participation relevant to this procedure in the section „Documentaţii şi clarificări”. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information in the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The estimated total value of the procurement is 2.000.388,41 lei without VAT, of which: Consultancy chap. 3.7.1.: Project management for Design and Construction Services: 1.333.592,27 lei without VAT and Site Management chap. 3.8.2.: Site Management for Design and Construction Services: 666.796,14 lei without VAT.
