Romania – Event services – Acord cadru servicii pentru evenimente

Framework agreement for event services for a period of 24 months (2026–2028) starting from the date of its signature, provided by specialised economic operators at the National Sports Complex „Arcul de Triumf” Bucharest, for sporting and non-sporting events, in accordance with the descriptions and characteristics in the tender dossier. The contractor will provide the services on the basis of subsequent contracts concluded for each event, at the prices in the winning bid. The present procurement aims to ensure services for events in 2 lots, as follows: - LOT 1: Event services – maintenance/operation of „Arcul de Triumf” Bucharest stadium; - LOT 2: Event services – stadium cleaning (sporting and non-sporting events). For each lot, a framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator.
