Poland – Office furniture – Wykonanie zgodnie z projektem, dostawa, wniesienie mebli gotowych i montaż mebli na wymiar w pomieszczeniach biurowych (261A i 261B) zlokalizowanych w budynku Gmachu Głównego Politechniki Gdańskiej przy ul. Narutowicza 11/12 w Gdańsku

1. The subject of the contract is the execution, supply, delivery and installation of custom-made furniture in the office rooms 261A and 261B located in the Main Building at Narutowicza 11/12 in Gdańsk. 2. The subject of the contract shall be factory new, not previously used, not second-hand, technically sound, free from legal and physical defects and not subject to third-party rights. Custom-made furniture must be ready for immediate assembly and use in accordance with the art of joinery. 3. The subject of the contract must meet the quality requirements of products approved for sale and use in the context of the contract's performance, must comply with all standards and requirements set for such goods by Polish and EU law. 4. The Contractor undertakes to attach the necessary instructions and materials regarding the use in Polish, documents - e.g. certificates, safety marks, declarations of conformity (if required by law for a given item). Furniture must not contain elements harmful to human health and life. 5. The design of rooms 261A and 261B for the purposes of this procedure was developed by Noble Studio Sp. z o.o., Al. Gen. Józefa Hallera 15A, 80-401 Gdańsk. 6. CPV codes: 39130000-2. 7. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and the documentation PG 261A and PG 261B which are Annexes 8 and 9 to the SWZ. The quantities of individual items of furniture are given in the itemized price list which is Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 8. The Contractor is obliged to implement the order on the basis and conditions described in the model contract which is Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. The conditions and scope of the contract amendment have been determined by the ordering party in the model contract. 9. The ordering party does not require the Contractor to personally perform key tasks. The Contractor may entrust the execution of part of the order to a subcontractor. In such a case, the ordering party requires the Contractor to indicate in the offer, the part of the order which they intend to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the names of any potential subcontractors, if known. 10. The ordering party does not envisage the application of the right of option in the procedure. 11. In the event that the SWZ contains indications of trademarks, patents or origin or reference to standards, approvals, technical specifications, it should be understood, in accordance with Article 99(9) and Article 101(4) of the Pzp Act, that this is justified by the specification of the subject of the contract and the ordering party cannot describe the subject of the contract using sufficiently accurate definitions. In such circumstances, the ordering party allows for the submission of equivalent solutions in the offer, whereby the minimum requirements that equivalent solutions must meet are requirements no worse than the parameters indicated in the documentation.
