The subject of the tender is the conclusion of several framework agreements for locksmith and welding services in the power plants of BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH in the Berlin supply area. The services include scheduled and fault-related maintenance, repair, modification, dismantling and reassembly of plant components, pipelines and fittings in power generation plants. This includes in particular locksmith, assembly and welding work, including all ancillary services required for this purpose. Scaffold building services are not part of the scope of services. The services will be ordered on demand via individual call-offs and must be provided both during ongoing power plant operation and as part of maintenance and shutdown measures. The contractor will independently carry out the work, including site setup, provision of the necessary tools, quality assurance, coordination of the work and technical documentation. The work must be carried out in compliance with the relevant legal, technical and safety regulations, particularly in the field of power plant and pipeline construction. The aim of the tender is to award the scope of services to several contractors within the framework of several proportional framework agreements, in order to ensure the required capacities, high flexibility in the event of maintenance and faults, and the continuous availability of the services at the power plant locations of the contracting authority.
