The NDR is replacing its broadcast audio control room in the Elbphilharmonie. This involves a room with three workstations, a directly adjacent technical room, as well as additional equipment installed in rooms of the Elbphilharmonie. In addition to the audio technology, the entire technical infrastructure of the control room will be replaced in a modern manner. The furnishings will remain. No structural adaptations will be made. All this will be done in close coordination with various trades of the NDR, as well as the Elbphilharmonie or its operating company (ELBG) as an important partner and future co-user of the control room on an equal footing. This tender procedure is seeking a general contractor who will take over the specialist planning.
