Germany – Low-floor buses – Beschaffung von 3 Stück Vollniederflur-Batteriebussen

The structure of the bus is to be designed according to the principles of a modern design, so that it has an appealing and market-appropriate appearance - in addition to the functionally appropriate design principles – bringing the vehicle to the attention of customers as a modern, contemporary means of transport. The vehicle must comply with the relevant provisions of EU Directives 95/28 and 2001/85/EG, the STVZO, the BO Kraft, the accident prevention regulations of the employers' liability insurance association, further guidelines, the relevant announcements in the Verkehrsblatt and the requirements for school transport. The needs of people with disabilities or people with mobility impairments, as well as the requirements for accessibility, are to be taken into account. In this context, Article 8 of Regulation (EU) No 540/2014, which contains provisions on Acoustic Vehicle Alerting Systems (AVAS) for electric vehicles, is to be taken into account and the corresponding proof must be provided in the offer. The checklist for minimum standards for accessible buses is attached as Annex 1. Corresponding entries are to be made and attached to the offer.
