In 2019, Havenbedrijf Rotterdam N.V. published a notice on TenderNed inviting market parties to participate in the dynamic purchasing system (DPS). The DPS has a duration of 4 years, which expires this year. Through this notice, market parties are informed of a new DPS. As of 22-10-2023, the DPS used over the past 4 years will lapse. We would like to inform you that as of 01-10-2023, the DPS 2.0 (new) will be used. To participate in this, a new application for admission is required. Several documents are required for this, and the description below outlines what is needed for the new registration. Between 125 and 175 lease requests per year.
