The municipality of Pont-Saint-Esprit is responsible for the management, maintenance, and creation of municipal and rural roads. As part of a multi-year program, the municipality wishes to engage the services of a specialized and sufficiently responsive company to intervene as needed. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include similar services envisaged.
