The subject of this tender is a four-year framework agreement with a contractor for the conception, development and implementation of communication measures and campaigns that strengthen the brand positioning of the transport association hvv, increase the awareness of the brand, products and services, enhance passenger potential and encourage more journeys, and support sales targets, particularly in connection with the hvv Deutschlandticket. The contractor (agency) will oversee and accompany the entire process through its own team or additional service providers, as well as the review of the measures and campaigns.
