Norway – Prosthodontic and relining products – Technical dental goods and services

Background and purpose The objective of the procurement Procurement of technical dental supplies and services for the county dental health service in Innlandet. This also includes the always cooperating dentists from the private sector with whom the county has a contract. Scope The county has previously had an agreement in this area. The turnover for the last couple of years has been as follows and on average excluding VAT: 2023: 4.700.000 2024: 4.800.000 2025: 5.800.000 Average per year: 5,100,000 It is possible that during the contract period the dental health service in Innlandet will start production of technical dental works itself. The estimated value over 4 years is approx. 22.000.000. The maximum amount for the total framework agreement in the next four years is NOK 30,000,000 excluding VAT. There are currently no special events expected in the coming period that affect the total volume, except that Gran municipality is transferred to Akershus County from 1.1.2028. This means that Innlandet county ́s entities in Gran are transferred. This will mainly be Hadeland sixth form college, local dental clinic and Randsfjord ferry. If the maximum call-off is reached before the contract period expires, the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the contract, regardless of the contract ́s term. Competition Terms A separate Word document (annex 4) is attached that safeguards conditions that the Hyyr platform currently does not take care of well enough.
