Sweden – Real estate services – Hyresvärdsupphandling Polishus i Vällingby

The contract involves: - acting as landlord and managing the police house in Vällingby on a long-term basis, - tendering for/ contracting any project managers, - in cooperation with the Swedish Police Authority, planning new construction, renovation and/or expansion, - tendering for/ contracting a construction contractor, and - acting as the contracting authority during the construction period and being responsible for all permits, including detailed planning issues, building permit procedures, and managing the building permit process. All of the above shall be done in consultation and close cooperation with the Swedish Police Authority.
