This consultation concerns a design and build contract in accordance with the provisions of Article L.2171-2 of the Public Procurement Code for the energy, functional and technical renovation of the Rimbaud-Apollinaire school complex, as well as the construction of the new Robert-Desnos nursery, the Apollinaire maternal leisure centre and the annexes of the school complex. The operation aims to improve the quality of use, energy performance, attractiveness and operation of the facilities while meeting the current needs of the children and staff. The services to be entrusted to the successful tenderer include: 1. The construction of the new Robert-Desnos nursery 2.
