Belgium – Railway equipment – Raamovereenkomst voor de aankoop van apparatuur en materialen voor de bevestiging van spoorstaven die bestemd zijn voor het spoornet van de MIVB

This contract aims to conclude a framework agreement for the acquisition of rail fastening equipment and materials for the rail networks of the STIB (surface tracks, premetro and metro), such as: • wooden sleepers • bolts, washers, nuts, pins, plates, anti-rail fasteners, spikes, … • chairs, • baseplates; • … This contract also includes possible services of: • processing of sleepers (cutting, notching, milling/surfacing, drilling, …), • pre-assembly, assembly and/or partial or complete assembly of equipment and materials on sleepers, • valorisation of old sleepers and fastening materials (recovery, recycling and/or destruction), • storage, transport and logistics in various packaging and according to the daily needs of the STIB. It is noted that the STIB envisages a J.I.T. (Just In Time) approach, both for the logistical aspects (collection/delivery of supplies) and for the possible services that could be entrusted to the contractor of the contract.
