Carrying out preventive or curative interventions on sewerage networks and structures. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months, from the receipt of the first purchase order. Minimum amount: 500 000 euro(s) excl. VAT / maximum: 2 000 000 euro(s) excl. VAT. The services are paid for by unit prices, which are annually reviewable. No financial guarantee clause is provided. The contract provides for the payment of an advance, with an obligation to constitute a first-demand guarantee in return. A review procedure for the performance conditions of the framework agreement may be conducted in accordance with Articles L.2194-1 1° and R.2194-1 of the Public Procurement Code.
