**Insurance of Telecommunication Services through a Fixed Telephone Network by a Licensed Operator for the Needs of the Agency for Social Assistance and its Territorial Structures and Project BG05SFPR002-2.007 "Increasing the Capacity of the Agency for Social Assistance Staff in Connection with the Modernization of Social Security Systems - Component 2"**

**Separate Position No. 1 "Insurance of Telecommunication Services through a Fixed Telephone Network by a Licensed Operator for the Needs of the Agency for Social Assistance and its Territorial Structures"** - subject of the present public procurement; **Separate Position No. 2 "Construction of a Call Centre under Project BG05SFPR002-2.007 "Increasing the Capacity of the Agency for Social Assistance Staff in Connection with the Modernization of Social Security Systems - Component 2"** - In accordance with Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, for reasons of expediency, and given that the forecast value of Separate Position No. 2 (up to 30 421 EUR) is less than 20 per cent of the total forecast value of the procurement, the same shall be entrusted in accordance with the procedure, individually applicable to it. Pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, OP No. 2 is not the subject of the present public procurement.
