The subject of the procurement are the maintenance and repair services as well as crane services for the street and sports facility lighting in the city of Rovaniemi, its technical and leisure services, and the temporary service centre. The procurement includes preventive maintenance and repair services covering: - The street and park lighting fixtures, poles, cabling and control systems in the master plan area - The lighting fixtures, poles, cabling, aerial conductors and control systems for other than master plan area private properties and park lighting - Possible special sites such as underpasses, market areas, bridges, port areas - The lighting fixtures, poles, cabling and control systems for pedestrian and outdoor sports facilities - The installation and dismantling of Christmas lights and decorations, and - Crane services

A more detailed description of the subject of the procurement is given in this tender notice and its annexes. The procurement is made as a single entity and is not divided into parts. For this procurement, it is possible, if the situation so requires, to procure in small quantities services related to the subject of the procurement but outside the procurement. Procurements are primarily made as price inquiries. Rovaniemen kaupungin Tilapalvelukeskus has joined the Numera Palvelut Oy's Rented Construction Equipment and Machinery joint procurement, through which the Temporary Service Centre procures and rents lifting equipment. In addition, the customer's own electricians can maintain and repair the lighting fixtures and light sources subject to the procurement. The agreement does not give the supplier the sole right to provide the aforementioned services or the customer a mandatory purchase obligation.
