Czechia – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – „Rekonstrukce objektu Majakovského čp. 2217/9, Karviná – Mizerov – ZUŠ Karviná“ – projektová dokumentace

The general definition of the subject of the public procurement is the preparation of project documentation according to the ČKAIT service standards for the implementation of the project “Reconstruction of the Majakovského building No. 2217/9, Karviná – Mizerov – ZUŠ Karviná” necessary for the construction, ensuring engineering activities (obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for the construction), preparing documentation for the demolition, for the construction and the performance of the designer's supervision. The subject of the fulfilment of the public procurement is in particular: 1) the performance of complete design and engineering activities and ensuring all necessary decisions including the acquisition of legal force, ensuring other measures of public administration authorities or other acts enabling the implementation of the project in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, in particular Act No. 283/2021 Sb., the Building Act including representation in the relevant proceedings. The subject of the contract concluded with the selected supplier is in particular ensuring complete engineering activities related to the permission of the project and the demolition of buildings: • preparation of all necessary documentation for the permission of the project, • engineering activities and negotiation of PD with the affected authorities and managers of engineering networks, ensuring the consent of the owners, submission of the application and conduct of the proceedings, ensuring the issuance of binding permits for the project, • preparation of all necessary documentation for the demolition of the building of two pavilions (DOS), • engineering activities for the demolition of the building of two non-compliant objects – pavilions and negotiation of PD with the affected authorities and managers of engineering networks, ensuring the consent of the owners according to § 187 para. 3 of the Building Act, submission of the application and conduct of the proceedings, ensuring the binding permit for the demolition of buildings 2) preparation of all necessary documentation for the construction (for the implementation of the project) - (hereinafter also "DPS"), 3) performance of the designer's supervision (hereinafter also "performance of DP"). The project documentation will be prepared in the form and scope determined by Decree No. 131/2024 Sb., Decree on Building Documentation, in the valid and effective version. IMPORTANT NOTICE! The contractor for the construction works will be selected on the basis of a tendering procedure carried out in accordance with the ZZVZ. With regard to this fact, the project documentation must be prepared in accordance with the provisions of ZZVZ § 89 para. 5 and 6. “(5) Unless justified by the subject of the public procurement, the contracting authority may not favour or disadvantage certain suppliers or products by specifying technical conditions by means of a direct or indirect reference to a) certain suppliers or products, or b) patents on inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks or indications of origin. (6) The contracting authority may use a reference according to paragraph 5 letter a) or b) if the specification of technical conditions according to paragraph 1 cannot be sufficiently precise or understandable. In each such reference, the contracting authority shall indicate the possibility of offering an equivalent solution.” More details in the tender documentation.
