Belgium – Medical equipments – Acquisition et maintenance d'injecteurs IRM et des consommables associés pour les CUSL

This contract concerns the supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and user training for four injectors for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), as well as the supply of the necessary associated consumables for their operation. This equipment is intended for the medical imaging department of the Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc. The contract also includes all the services necessary for the proper functioning, safe use, and continuity of service of the equipment throughout the duration of the contract. Bidders are advised that the contracting authority will place particular importance on the optimisation of the total cost of using the equipment over the duration of the contract, including in particular the cost of consumables, maintenance services, and the operating conditions of the injectors.

Contract Duration

The contract is awarded for an initial period of four (4) years from the date of notification. It may be tacitly renewed for successive periods of one (1) year, without the total duration of the contract exceeding ten (10) years. The renewal is limited to six (6) periods of one (1) year each. The contracting authority reserves the right not to renew the contract, without compensation, by notifying the contractor within a reasonable time before the current period expires. Non-renewal does not confer any right to compensation in favour of the contractor.
