1. The subject of the contract is the supply of technical material means (tśm) for the divisional fire module REGINA, divided into 8 parts (tasks). 2. The requirements and detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 1 to the Specification of Contract Terms, which the Contracting Authority will provide to the Invited Tenderers who meet the conditions specified in the notice. 3. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial tenders. 4. Contract execution deadline: - The basic contract must be completed within 90 days from the date of the contract, but no later than 30.11.2026 (whichever of the above deadlines expires earlier). - The optional contract is set at 60 days from the date the Contractor receives the relevant notification mentioned in § 1, paragraph 10 of the contract, but no later than 30.11.2026 (whichever of the above deadlines expires earlier). 5. The Contracting Authority provides for the right of option in the subject matter. The Contracting Authority may use the right of option multiple times, until the maximum quantity specified in § 2, paragraph 2 of the Agreement is exhausted, during the basic contract execution period, but no later than 30 days from the date of signing the contract. Contractors do not have a claim against the Contracting Authority for the execution of optional deliveries. 6. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of invalidating the procedure under Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act in the event that the public funds, which it intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract, are not granted.
